Myers, Crow & Saviers, Ltd.
recently began construction of its fifth office building in the Greens Crossing
area. The 135,000 square-foot,
two-story office building at the Sam Houston
Parkway and Greens Crossing
Boulevard is expected to be complete by June 2007,
and the TIRZ will fund the pedestrian and streetscape amenities associated with
the project.
Companies occupying space in
Myers, Crow & Saviers’ four other Greenspoint properties include Continental
Airlines, The Hartford, TNT
USA, Michael
Baker Corporation, ExpressJet and the United States Postal Service.
“We really like Greens Crossing for this building type
because it has an office campus environment and easy access to the Sam Houston
Parkway and other major highways nearby,” said Greg Mondshine, managing director
for Myers, Crow & Saviers.
