The 2.5-acre
property will feature a freestanding 6,000 square-foot Chili’s restaurant set to
open early in 2008. T-Mobile will
occupy a 2,500 square-foot space within a strip center adjacent to Chili’s. Lenny’s Sub Shop is leasing 2,000 square
feet in the center for 30th
Houston area
location. There are 4,500 square
feet of additional space available within the center for new tenants, according
to Danny Kuperman of American Realty Group, the owner and developer of the
property just north of Best Buy on I-45.
American Realty Group also owns and operates the
Greenspoint Square Shopping Center on Greens Road and I-45.
